Steak Seasoning is a delicious blend of onion, paprika, garlic, salt and other spices that truly livens the taste of steaks.

ingredients

1 1/2 pounds New York strip, rib-eye or flank steak

1 tablespoon oil

2 to 3 teaspoons McCormick® Broiled Steak Seasoning Blend or 2 to 3 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Steak Seasoning

directions

1. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle Seasoning over both sides of steak.

2. Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
